Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Part Time
Company: Wildflower Grove ABA - a Finni Health company
Job Type: Part-Time (Approx 20 hours per week - Mornings)
Location: In-person - Draper, Utah
Pay: $25-$30 per hour (depending on experience)

About the Role
As an RBT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You'll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
  • Collect and record accurate session data
  • Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals through positive reinforcement

Qualifications
  • Current RBT Certification (required)

  • Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred)
  • A background in special education, psychology, or a related field (beneficial)
  • Comfortable working on the floor, lifting 25-40 lbs, and engaging in active play
