PRO ABA Services, is seeking exceptional Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT)/Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide IBHS services to children/youth in home, school, and community settings.

Job Details:

  • Location: Clarks Summit, PA area
  • Schedule: Full-time or part-time hours based on candidate preference and client availability. This is an hourly position; you are only paid for the hours that you work.
  • Caseload: Ages 2-21
  • Additional details: Technicians are responsible for the implementation of treatment plans, collection of daily data, and completion of daily notes under the direction of certified Behavior Analysts and Consultants.

    What You Bring:

    • High School diploma is required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a human service area preferred.
    • Strong desire and motivation to work with children/youth with a behavioral health diagnosis
    • A minimum of one-year of recent experience working with children and/or youth. Experience working with challenging behaviors is highly preferred.
    • Must be comfortable working with children who may exhibit challenging behaviors.
    • Completion of the 40 Hour RBT Training. A free course can be found through Autism Partnership Foundation.
    • RBT certification is preferred
    • Current clearances (within 6 months); Safety-Care certification is a plus
