Since 1996, Filta Environmental Kitchen Solutions has provided essential kitchen services to commercial clients nationwide, from hospitals and universities to major stadiums and restaurants. We are seeking a reliable Part-Time Service Technician to join our San Antonio team immediately, with strong potential to expand into a full-time role as our local routes grow.
This is a hands-on, vital role focused on providing our core service: mobile fryer management, cooking oil micro-filtration, and environmental kitchen safety.

Compensation & Schedule Details

What You'll Do

  • Travel in a company van to scheduled commercial kitchen locations throughout the San Antonio area.
  • Operate specialized mobile filtration equipment to clean, filter, and recycle cooking oil.
  • Perform deep fryer cleanings to maintain equipment safety and efficiency.
  • Refill fryers with fresh oil and confirm client satisfaction before leaving the site.
  • Maintain accurate work records and communicate clearly with your supervisor and customer site contacts.
  • Perform daily equipment and van maintenance, vehicle organization, tool care, and inventory upkeep at the San Antonio facility.
