Part Time Warehouse Associate – San Antonio, TX

 What You’ll Do:

You’ll be a key player in our warehouse team, helping to move, manage, and deliver products efficiently and safely. Whether you’re loading trailers, picking orders, or leading associates, you’ll work in a fast-paced, multi-temperature environment, focused on accuracy, teamwork, and safety. Your efforts keep our supply chain flowing smoothly — from receiving goods, staging inventory, to shipping orders out on time.

In This Roll, You'll 

  • Safely operate material handling equipment: pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required for forklift)
  • Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify accuracy of orders and product quality
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards
  • Use warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory systems) to track orders and inventory
  • Follow all QIP and sanitation policies and safety protocols

Selector (Picker) Specific: 

  • Accurately pick, lift, and place products to build pallets per customer orders
  • Operate forklifts/pallet jacks safely in high-traffic warehouse areas
  • Visually inspect and verify all incoming/outgoing product
  • Maintain safety, productivity, and cleanliness standards at all times Read labels, count product, and complete order paperwork Support team with cleaning and additional duties as needed

What You’ll Bring  

  • Comfort working in varying temperatures including freezer and cooler environments
  • Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and commitment to safety
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
  • Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners preferree
  • Valid forklift certification and 6+months of safe equipment operation
  • Strong reading/math skills for labeling, counting, and documentation
  • Use a voice-directed picking system (VoCollect headset) to accurately select and prepare customer orders

 Schedule & Setting:  

  • Part time, on-site in a temperature-controlled warehouse (dry, cooler freezer:  -5 °F to 38 °F) 
  • Pay $ 21.28/hr
  •  Weekend Schedule- 5 days / start 2:30pm 
  • Must be able to work weekends
  • Physically active role with repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing/walking for extended periods
