Part-time QA professionals often work closely with full-time QA engineers, developers, and product managers by attending regular stand-up meetings, using shared project management tools, and providing timely feedback on test results. Clear communication is essential, as part-timers may work different hours or days, so documentation and handoffs are crucial for maintaining consistency.
