What you'll be doing:

You'll be the go-to for our customers-helping answer questions, solve problems, and making sure every experience feels easy, supportive, and human. Some days are quick wins, some are puzzle-solving days, and most are somewhere in between.

What we're looking for:
  • Strong customer service experience (you know how to keep things calm and helpful)
  • Clear communication skills (kind, direct, and easy to understand)
  • Comfort working in a mostly remote role with occasional in-office meetings in Salt Lake City
  • A team-first mindset and a genuine desire to help people
