Job description

TeamHealth has an excellent opportunity for an emergency medicine (EM) physician to join our team at HCA Florida Putnam Hospital in Palatka, Florida. We are seeking full-time, part-time and PRN clinicians for this busy, growing hospital. 
Emergency Department Overview
  • 41,000 annual visits
  • 18-bed emergency department 
  • 24-34 hours of physician coverage
  • 18 hours of APC coverage
  • EMR system: Meditech 

Qualifications
  • Board certified or board eligible in emergency medicine (ABEM/AOBEM)
  • Board certified in family medicine (FM) or internal medicine (IM) with current EM experience and valid ACLS, ATLS, and PALS certifications
  • Completion of an accredited residency program required
