Job description

Job Title: Part-Time Property Manager Assistant
Location: Arlington, Texas
Type: Contract To Hire
Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00
Contractor Work Model: Onsite
Hours: Up to 20 Hours / Week
Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day guest services operations by assisting with rent collection, payment reminders, and documenting received payments
  • Respond to guest and resident inquiries via phone and email in a courteous and timely manner
  • Assist with check-in/check-out coordination and address routine guest concerns
  • Maintain accurate records and update the property management system as needed
  • Conduct periodic walkthroughs to ensure common areas meet standards
  • Partner with the relocation team to contact residents through written and verbal communication, driving timely submission of required documents
  • Track document collection status and follow up professionally with residents who have outstanding submissions

Requirements
  • Prior experience in property management, leasing, or administrative support preferred
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage residents professionally and clearly
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to track multiple open items simultaneously
  • Proficiency with basic office software; familiarity with property management platforms a plus
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
