WHAT YOU WILL DO

As an Administrative Assistant / Leasing Consultant, you will serve as a key support resource for the property team by assisting with office administration, resident services, leasing activities, and operational coordination.

You will be one of the primary points of contact for residents, prospects, vendors, and team members, helping create a positive customer experience while ensuring the office operates efficiently and professionally.

This role combines administrative support, customer service, leasing, marketing, and property operations in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support & Office Operations

  • Provide administrative support to the Property Manager and property team
  • Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and office inquiries
  • Receive, distribute, and process incoming mail, packages, and correspondence
  • Maintain organized office files, records, and documentation
  • Assist with reports, data entry, correspondence, and general office projects
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Support confidential recordkeeping and administrative processes

Leasing & Sales Support

  • Conduct apartment tours and present available floor plans to prospective residents
  • Develop knowledge of the property, market, amenities, and competitive landscape
  • Guide prospects through the leasing process from inquiry to move-in
  • Assist with lease renewals and resident retention efforts
  • Support marketing initiatives, outreach campaigns, and traffic generation activities
  • Help achieve occupancy and leasing goals through exceptional customer service

Resident Services & Customer Experience

  • Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents
  • Respond to resident questions, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist with move-in and move-out procedures
  • Support resident communication regarding maintenance requests and property updates
  • Help create a welcoming and positive community environment

Property Operations Coordination

  • Assist with work order administration, tracking, and resident follow-up
  • Coordinate communication between residents, maintenance teams, and management
  • Maintain accurate resident files, lease documentation, and required records

  • Travel between properties when needed to support operational needs

Marketing & Community Outreach
