Familiarity with inspection software, digital cameras, moisture meters, and local building codes is commonly required. Entry level home inspectors often encounter challenges such as building confidence in identifying issues, managing client expectations, and efficiently documenting findings. It's common to feel overwhelmed by the variety of systems and potential problems in each property.
