Position Overview

TNCR Property Management is seeking a Part-Time Showing Agent / Field Representative to support our Property Management operations throughout the Inland Empire. This role is ideal for a reliable, professional individual with property management or real estate experience who can conduct showings, perform inspections, and represent TNCR professionally in the field.

The Showing Agent will be responsible for showing vacant units, conducting move-in, move-out, and routine inspections, supporting on-site management functions, and communicating accurately with prospective and existing tenants in compliance with California law and Fair Housing regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Leasing & Showings

Conduct scheduled showings for vacant residential units

Answer basic questions from prospective tenants regarding the property, rental process, and next steps

Represent TNCR Property Management professionally at all times

Ensure properties are secured and locked after showings

Inspections & Field Duties

Perform:

Move-in inspections

Move-out inspections

Routine property inspections

Walk assigned properties according to inspection schedules

Support on-site manager–type tasks when required

Identify and report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or violations

Documentation & Reporting

Upload inspection reports, photos, and notes using company-approved platforms

Communicate inspection results clearly and accurately to the office team

Follow TNCR inspection checklists and reporting standards

Compliance & Professional Standards

Comply with:California landlord-tenant law

Fair Housing laws and regulations

TNCR Property Management policies and SOPs

Provide consistent, non-discriminatory information to all prospects and tenants
