About Us
Integrity Property Services is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned commercial property maintenance company serving office buildings, retail centers, HOAs, industrial properties, and mixed-use communities throughout San Diego County. We are looking for dependable individuals who take pride in maintaining clean, safe, and professional properties.
Position Summary
The Day Porter is responsible for maintaining the appearance, cleanliness, and overall presentation of commercial properties throughout the day. This position requires excellent customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while responding to the needs of tenants, customers, and property managers.
Essential Responsibilities
  •  Patrol assigned property throughout each shift to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. 
  •  Empty trash and replace liners throughout the property. 
  •  Clean and sanitize restrooms while restocking paper products, soap, and other consumables. 
  •  Clean entrances, lobbies, elevators, stairwells, sidewalks, breezeways, and other common areas. 
  •  Sweep, mop, vacuum, and spot clean floors as needed. 
  •  Remove litter, leaves, and debris from sidewalks, curbs, parking lots, landscaped areas, and dumpster enclosures. 
  •  Clean windows, glass doors, mirrors, drinking fountains, and other high-touch surfaces. 
  •  Perform minor touch-up cleaning of spills, stains, and unexpected messes throughout the day. 
  •  Monitor restroom, janitorial, and common area supplies and notify supervisors when replenishment is needed. 
  •  Report maintenance issues, vandalism, graffiti, safety hazards, water leaks, lighting outages, or other property concerns. 
  •  Set up or move tables, chairs, and other common area furniture when requested. 
  •  Maintain professional communication with tenants, visitors, property management, and supervisors. 
  •  Complete daily inspections, work logs, and assigned tasks using company procedures. 
  •  Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements. 
  •  Perform other property maintenance and cleaning duties as assigned. 
Qualifications
  •  Previous commercial janitorial or day porter experience preferred. 
  •  Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. 
  •  Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 
  •  Strong work ethic and attention to detail. 
  •  Professional appearance and positive attitude. 
  •  Excellent customer service and communication skills. 
  •  Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform frequent walking, bending, kneeling, and standing throughout the shift. 
  •  Must be authorized to work in the United States. 
  •  Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
