Mid-Shift Baker (11:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

About Us:

At Theo’s Brothers Bakery, we are dedicated to the time-honored art of traditional baking. We pride ourselves on creating exceptional scratch-made breads, pastries, and baked goods for our community. We are currently seeking a skilled, passionate, and experienced Baker to join our team for a unique mid-shift position.

If you love the craft of baking but want to skip the standard 2:00 AM start time, this shift is the perfect fit for you!

Shift Schedule:

  • Hours: 2:00 pm– 11:00 PM (These hours may vary based on production needs)

What You Will Do:

  • Prepare, mix, shape, and bake a variety of artisanal breads, pastries, and baked goods from scratch following established recipes.

  • Manage dough fermentation, proofing schedules, and oven temperatures to ensure consistent product quality.

  • Operate commercial bakery equipment including mixers, dividers, and deck or rotary ovens safely and efficiently.

  • Maintain a clean, sanitized, and highly organized workstation in compliance with food safety regulations.

  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in prepping ingredients for subsequent shifts.
