Administrative Assistant - Part-Time

Location: Fine Fragrance Sales - New York City
Schedule: Part-Time, 8 hours per week (On-Site)
Pay Range: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

The final compensation offered will be based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our New York Fine Fragrance Sales Team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys administrative support, research, project coordination, and working collaboratively across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and manage fragrance development projects in the company's internal project management system (Formpak), ensuring project information is accurate and current.
  • Send shipment tracking information and project updates to clients.
  • Research prospective brands and clients to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Conduct client and brand analyses for prospective customers.
  • Purchase competitive fragrance products and office supplies as needed.
  • Maintain organized project files, records, and databases.
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Team while assisting with various departmental projects.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
