Job description

ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

This role reports to the Research Administration and Services Manager.

SUMMARY

The Project Coordinator will be a member of the Electronic Research Administration System (eRAS) Working Group and will support the planning, coordination, and implementation of the eRAS project.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in the eRAS Working Group and contribute to project planning, implementation activities, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Support the implementation of eRAS, including system configuration, data migration, integrations, testing, and deployment.
  • Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), identify and help resolve system issues, and provide go-live and post-implementation support.
  • Support the development and delivery of training materials, user documentation, and ongoing user support to facilitate successful system adoption.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the system supports effective research administration processes and complies with funding agency, regulatory, and institutional requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of five years of administrative experience plus two years of post-secondary education, preferably Research Administration certification, and/or business or administration courses or credential or an equivalent combination of education training and experience;
  • Experience working in a research administration environment required.

SALARY INFORMATION

Anticipated hourly pay rate: $35.00
