Activities Representative (Part-Time)
Do you love creating fun, engaging experiences and making people smile? Are you motivated by bringing people together and helping guests create lasting vacation memories? If so, we'd love to hear from you!
We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Activities Representative to join our resort team. In this role, you will assess, plan, coordinate, and lead a variety of recreational programs and events designed to meet the interests and needs of our guests while delivering exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do
  • Design, organize, and lead resort activities for guests of all ages
  • Plan and coordinate special events, holiday celebrations, and themed activities
  • Work with local vendors and attractions to enhance guest experiences
  • Create and publish weekly activity calendars
  • Maintain and organize sports equipment and gaming materials
  • Monitor recreational areas, including pools, courts, playgrounds, and common activity spaces
  • Provide reports and updates to management regarding events and special projects
  • Assist with employee engagement activities and workplace events
  • Deliver outstanding guest service to owners, exchangers, and resort guests
  • Utilize office equipment and technology, including computers, printers, cameras, and scanners
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
