You will serve as a primary coordination point between MASY personnel and USNCC stakeholders, ensuring projects remain organized, on schedule, and aligned with contractual requirements.Your ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day program management for USNCC instructional design, course development, course maintenance, and support activitiesDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, work plans, deliverables, and reporting requirementsCoordinate the activities of instructional designers and other project personnel while maintaining clear responsibilities and lines of communicationServe as a primary point of contact for USNCC stakeholders, including faculty, administrative personnel, and educational technology staffFacilitate project kickoff, planning, review, monthly progress, and program management meetingsProvide regular status reports addressing project progress, deliverables, course development, maintenance activities, technical support trends, risks, issues, and recommended mitigation actionsTrack Government feedback and ensure required revisions and corrective actions are completed in a timely mannerDevelop and maintain program management documentation, including the Management Control Plan, Quality Control Plan, responsibility matrices, and related management artifactsMonitor quality, schedule, and performance requirements and support quality assurance activities throughout the contractUse project management and collaboration tools to track timelines, workflows, responsibilities, milestones, feedback, and project statusIdentify program risks, issues, and concerns and develop appropriate mitigation strategiesSupport transition, documentation, and continuity-of-operations activities as requiredYour QualificationsBachelor's Degree or HigherMinimum 5 years of demonstrated experience managing projects or programs involving multiple stakeholders, deliverables, schedules, and concurrent workstreamsExperience developing project plans, work plans, status reports, schedules, management controls, and performance documentationStrong organizational skills with the ability to monitor deadlines, coordinate personnel, and manage multiple prioritiesDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively with Government customers, faculty, technical personnel, and other stakeholdersExperience identifying and managing project risks, issues, corrective actions, and quality requirementsExperience with web-based project management and collaboration toolsExperience supporting education, instructional design, online learning, higher education, government training, or similar programs preferredFamiliarity with Learning Management Systems and online course development environments preferredMust be able to successfully complete required background investigation requirements and obtain a contractor CAC, as applicableMust meet applicable U.S. citizenship or permanent residency requirementsPosition is fully virtual; travel may be required
