Part-Time Estate Sale Organizer

Blue Nest Home | Bremerton, WA

Blue Nest Home is looking for a Part‑Time Estate Sale Organizer to join our team! We provide move management, online estate sales, and consignment services throughout Kitsap County.

This role focuses on sorting, organizing, cataloging, and photographing household inventory to prepare homes for online estate sales. If you enjoy organizing, working with interesting items, and hands‑on project work, this could be a great fit.


Schedule & Hours

  • Work generally takes place Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
  • Hours vary based on project availability
  • Seeking someone available 15–30 hours per week with flexibility
  • Must be available at least two Wednesdays per month, 12:00–8:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize, catalog, and photograph items for online estate sales
  • Pack and unpack client belongings with care
  • Assist with auction pick‑up days as needed
  • Assist with cleaning & home readiness
  • Work collaboratively with the estate sale team

What We’re Looking For

  • Interest in antiques, vintage, resale, or second‑use goods
  • Comfortable using a smartphone and learning apps
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Detail‑oriented, dependable, and professional
