Part-Time Spray Tan Artist | AfterGlow Tan Co. โ€“ West Madison

AfterGlow Tan Co. is growing, and weโ€™re looking for the right person to join our West Side Madison team!

Weโ€™re looking for a part-time Spray Tan Artist who is outgoing, dependable, detail-oriented, and genuinely loves making people feel confident in their skin.

At AfterGlow, spray tanning isnโ€™t just applying color. We specialize in customized, natural-looking airbrush tans and creating an experience where every client feels comfortable, cared for, and AMAZING when they leave.

Our motto is simple: Every BODY is beautiful.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Provide customized airbrush spray tans using AfterGlow techniques and protocols
  • Help clients choose the best color and service for their skin tone, event, and desired result
  • Educate clients on proper prep, rinse times, and aftercare
  • Recommend AfterGlow retail products and memberships when appropriate
  • Maintain a clean, sanitized, organized studio
  • Assist with opening and closing responsibilities
  • Create a warm, welcoming experience for every client
  • Help capture occasional before/after or social media content
  • Represent the AfterGlow brand professionally both in and outside of the studio

Who Weโ€™re Looking For

You may be a great fit if you are:

  • Friendly, confident, and comfortable working one-on-one with clients
  • Passionate about beauty, skincare, tanning, or the self-care industry
  • Detail-oriented and willing to learn our specific tanning techniques
  • Dependable and able to manage appointments independently
  • Comfortable working with clients of all ages, shapes, sizes, and skin tones
  • Comfortable discussing and recommending retail products
  • A team player who can also work independently
  • Professional, positive, and drama-free
  • Comfortable creating a judgment-free environment where clients can feel confident in their bodies

Spray tanning experience is a plus, but the right personality, work ethic, and willingness to learn are just as important. Training is available for the right candidate.

Esthetics or cosmetology experience is a bonus but not required unless otherwise required for the services performed.

Schedule

Part-time | West Side Madison location

Availability during evenings and Saturdays is strongly preferred.

Hours may vary based on appointments and seasonal demand, with opportunities for additional hours as AfterGlow continues to grow.
