  • Serve as the primary point of contact for event producers during load-in, event times, and load-out.
  • Coordinate and schedule part-time production staff, stagehands, and technical crew.
  • Ensure all event spaces are set up according to rider specifications, fire codes, and venue safety standards.
  • Monitor the inventory, maintenance, and safe operation of venue A/V, lighting, and staging equipment.
  • Work closely with the Operations, Event Services and catering, security, and box office staff to deliver flawless guest experiences.

Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in live event production, stage management, or venue operations.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Strong proficiency with A/V equipment, scheduling software, and crowd management protocols.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in dynamic, loud, and fast-paced environments.
  • Must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on event calendars.
