Both roles generally require similar educational backgrounds and certifications, but the full-time role often demands more experience and responsibility.

How does working part-time as a Process Engineer impact project involvement and collaboration with full-time team members?

As a part-time Process Engineer, you'll often focus on specific tasks or projects where your expertise is most needed, which means clear communication and proactive collaboration with full-time colleagues is essential. You may be assigned to particular phases of a project or work on process optimization tasks with set deliverables, while full-time engineers manage day-to-day operations or longer-term initiatives.
