Job description

THIS IS A PART TIME POSITION IN LYNBROOK, NY. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer / Marketing Coordinator to join our team in a small office environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of responsibilities, from graphic design and product packaging to website updates and marketing support. THIS IS NOT REMOTE. IN OFFICE REQUIRED!

Responsibilities

  • Design and update supplement product labels, packaging, and related materials
  • Create, edit, and revise artwork using dielines and print-ready files
  • Develop product information sheets, brochures, and marketing materials
  • Edit and enhance product photography and other visual assets
  • Create presentations and marketing materials using Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Design graphics and content for social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram as well as posting and following up
  • Assist with website updates and maintenance (currently WordPress)
  • Support email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional communications
  • Ensure brand consistency across all printed and digital materials
  • Collaborate with team members on a variety of marketing and design projects

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including:
    • Illustrator
    • Photoshop
    • Acrobat
    • InDesign (preferred)
  • Strong PowerPoint skills
  • Experience working with packaging, labels, and print production files
  • Familiarity with WordPress website management
  • Experience with social media content creation and marketing
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a small team environment
