  • Review and validate monthly schedule updates and analyze variances.
  • Monitor critical and near-critical paths to identify emerging delay risks.
  • Review Time Impact Analyses (TIA) and evaluate Extension of Time (EOT) requests.
  • Perform forensic schedule analysis when required.
  • Identify early warning indicators of schedule slippage and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Lead schedule review meetings and provide data-driven feedback to contractors.
  • Translate complex schedule data into clear, executive-level insights for client leadership.

Your Capabilities and Credentials

  • Demonstrated ability to independently review, challenge, and validate contractor schedules.
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience supporting delay analysis, claims review, and forensic schedule evaluation.
  • Ability to operate confidently with client PM and technical staff in a Progressive Design-Build environment.
  • Familiarity with schedule risk analysis tools.
  • Strong credibility with both client and contractor teams, supported by a track record of identifying schedule risks early and providing actionable recommendations.
  • PMI-SP or similar certification preferred.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of construction scheduling experience on very large capital projects.
  • Experience supporting infrastructure, water/wastewater, transportation, or large commercial programs.
  • Significant experience with Progressive Design-Build projects.
  • Prior involvement in multiple projects exceeding $100M in value.
  • Experience in owner's representative or client advisory roles is strongly preferred.
