They help supervise children, assist with classroom activities, maintain a safe and clean environment, and support the overall learning experience. Their responsibilities may also include preparing materials, helping with snack time, and engaging children in play or educational tasks. This role is ideal for those who enjoy working with young children but need a flexible or reduced work schedule.

Patience, strong communication, and a nurturing attitude are important soft skills for engaging young children and supporting lead teachers. These skills and qualities ensure a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment that fosters children's growth and learning.

Flexibility, patience, and a willingness to collaborate with the rest of the teaching team are key to managing these challenges and contributing positively to the classroom environment.
