Position Summary
We're looking for enthusiastic and dependable team members to join our crew as a Prep/Line Cook. This role is for back-of-house food prep responsibilities. You'll be an integral part of the guest experience-from preparing ingredients and putting together food items and creating warm interactions at the outlet.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic setting and enjoys the balance of culinary creativity and guest connection.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Service
  • Welcome each guest with genuine warmth and a professional demeanor
  • Provide clear and engaging information about food and drink offerings
  • Guide guests through ordering, answer questions, and make thoughtful recommendations

Food & Drink Prep
  • Assist with daily food prep (chopping, assembling, portioning) per kitchen guidelines
  • Package and present food items with care, consistency, and cleanliness
  • Prepare all food items in accordance with Health and Safety guidelines

Operations & Efficiency
  • Maintain a clean, organized service counter and food prep area
  • Monitor stock levels and replenish supplies as needed
  • Uphold sanitation and safety standards at all times

Teamwork & Communication
  • Collaborate with main kitchen and FOH staff to ensure smooth service
  • Help maintain a positive, solution-oriented work environment
  • Be proactive in identifying and addressing guest needs

Requirements
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in food service, with an emphasis on café/quick-service environments
  • Oregon Food Handler certifications (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
  • Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
