Position Summary

The Server is responsible for providing outstanding food and beverage service to guests in a fast-paced live entertainment environment. This position takes food and beverage orders, delivers items accurately and efficiently, processes payments, and creates a welcoming guest experience while maintaining high standards of professionalism and hospitality.

This role pays an hourly rate of $7.25 and is tip eligible.

This position will remain open until October 23, 2026.

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Serve food and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages promptly and accurately.
  • Verify guest identification when serving alcoholic beverages and follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines.
  • Process cash and credit card transactions accurately.
  • Monitor guest needs throughout the event and promptly address requests or concerns.
  • Maintain clean and organized service areas before, during, and after events.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with bartenders, kitchen staff, supervisors, and other team members to provide efficient service.
  • Assist with opening, closing, side work, and event setup or breakdown as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Previous serving experience in a restaurant, bar, concert venue, or hospitality environment is preferred.
  • Must obtain and maintain a valid alcohol compliance certification (e.g., TABC, TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol, or other state-approved certification) before working any scheduled events.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to accurately handle cash and operate a POS system.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
  • Must be available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and late-night events.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
