Job description

Job Summary:

This is a part-time, seasonal office position at PNC Bank Arts Center in Holmdel, NJ. The hours and schedule vary, based on the event schedule. Some weekends are required.

This role is ideal for an energetic team player who excels in organization and time management, and enjoys a fast-paced, music-loving environment. Someone with flexible hours and availability.

  • Office Assistant/Assistant to the General Manager

  • Administrative Duties include, but are not limited to, answering/returning phone calls and emails regarding guest complaints, responding to questions/comments about upcoming and past events, and responding to messages sent through social media.

  • General clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and filing

  • Keeping an accurate inventory of supplies and ordering supplies for various departments as needed

  • Logging lost & found items, mailing packages/letters out for various departments including claimed items to guests (making trips to the post office as necessary)

  • Maintaining an accurate inventory of uniforms (making trips to the laundromat as necessary)

  • Keep communications among crew members up-to-date

  • Various projects, often including tasks on Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Canva and PowerPoint

  • Resilient with the flexibility to adapt to different environments

  • Refer unresolved guest inquiries to designated departments for further investigation

  • Management of daily pass system helping manage guest and employee venue access

  • Assist guests and department managers with any questions or needs

  • Additional duties as assigned
