Pool Lifeguard

Part Time | Casual Days and Evenings

Pay: Starting at $13.37/hour (Pay based on experience)


Masonic Villages of Pennsylvania - Elizabethtown Campus - is immediately hiring a Pool Lifeguard.

As a Pool Lifeguard, you will carry out our Mission of Love by life guarding at Masonic Village pools and maintaining a safe environment at all pools for our customers.

Our Pool Lifeguard is responsible for the following:

  • Responsible for excellent customer service, skill competency and maintain current certifications.
  • Follow all policy/procedures at each pool.
  • Responsible for attending on-going training and in-servicing to be compliant with American Red Cross skill level.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of all emergency facility procedures for all pools. Maintain a safe environment for our customers.
  • Responsible for working a flexible schedule relative to the needs of the program.

What You Need as a Pool Lifeguard:

  • Demonstrates to ability to perform American Red Cross or equivalent skills for Life Guard.
  • Demonstrates computer skills used to operate the check-in software.
  • Maintains professional certification Life Guard, CPR, First Aid, AED.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
