Oakley Country Club in Watertown, MA, is looking for a full-time or part-time Pool Lifeguard - Swim Instructor to join our team! This position pays $18–$20 per hour plus commission for swim lessons and is a great opportunity for a certified lifeguard who enjoys working with people and creating a safe, welcoming pool environment.The pool operates seven days a week from 8 AM to 8 PM Saturday through Wednesday and 8 AM to 10 PM Thursday and Friday. Your shifts will fall within our business hours between 8 AM and 10 PM. Weekends and holidays are required, with the pool season running from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.
