Duties
Under the supervision of the Coordinator, the part-time Site Facilitator will oversee operations of the Southwest Education Center in Tinley Park (SWEC) and/or Education Center at Blue Island (ECBI). The Site Facilitator will provide services to instructors, students, and community members, collect and forward required reports during scheduled hours, and administer and proctor placement tests and instructor exams. The Site Facilitator will be expected to regularly confer with the On-Site Coordinator. The Site Facilitator is dedicated to developing programs and facilitating activities that promote student success and lifelong learning. This position requires occasional travel to both Tinley Park and Blue Island extension sites. Other duties may be assigned.
Duties and responsibilities may include:
1. Arrange and provide instructional services such as portable equipment.
2. Maintain attendance records on adjunct faculty and contact adjunct faculty no shows when necessary.
3. May proctor placement tests and instructor exams.
4. Distribute, collect, and forward required reports.
5. Distribute announcements, memoranda, notices, and other materials to adjunct faculty and students.
6. Orient new students and adjunct faculty to classrooms and site.
7. Collaborate with on-site Moraine Valley Police Officer in addressing emergency situations such as weather and other situations that may arise
8. Provide front desk coverage.
9. Provide assistance with student services such as photo id, admissions processes, and student portal navigation, etc.
10. Confer nightly with the on-site Coordinator.
11. Perform related duties as assigned
Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree required and one (1) year minimum experience in a coordinating position; teaching or training experience desirable.

The part-time Site Facilitator must have effective oral and written communication skills; excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent organizational skills; must be able to multitask; ability to travel, plus other duties as assigned.
