Overview
iHomeCare Solutions is seeking a highly organized and clinically strong Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Clinical Supervisor supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health needs in residential and home care settings.
This is not a bedside position. This role focuses on clinical oversight, medication systems, health risk monitoring, staff training, and regulatory compliance across multiple residential homes.

Compensation
  • $42 - $50 per hour (based on experience)
  • Consistent weekday schedule (no weekends, no overnights)

Schedule
  • Monday - Thursday
  • 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • 24 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Oversight
  • Monitor and oversee healthcare services for individuals in residential and home care settings
  • Review physician orders, diagnoses, and medical documentation for accuracy and follow-through
  • Coordinate care with physicians, psychiatrists, pharmacies, and specialists

Medication & MAR Oversight
  • Conduct regular medication audits and MAR reviews
  • Identify and address medication errors and documentation gaps
  • Support safe medication administration practices and compliance

Health Risk Monitoring (HRST)
  • Ensure all individuals maintain up-to-date health risk assessments
  • Monitor high-risk individuals and support preventative care planning
  • Track diagnoses and medication updates for compliance

Hospital & Appointment Follow-Up
  • Track hospitalizations, ER visits, and specialty care follow-ups
  • Ensure timely follow-up appointments and continuity of care
  • Communicate with internal teams regarding medical updates

Training & Staff Development
  • Conduct medication administration training and competency validations
  • Provide education to staff on:
    • Medication side effects
    • Infection control
    • Chronic conditions (diabetes, seizures, etc.)
    • Emergency response protocols
  • Support staff retraining when clinical errors occur

Quality & Compliance
  • Participate in Quality Management and compliance initiatives
  • Assist with audits, licensing reviews, and corrective action plans
  • Monitor trends related to medication, incidents, and healthcare outcomes

Qualifications
  • Active Pennsylvania RN license (required)
  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
  • Experience in IDD, behavioral health, long-term care, or community health preferred
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations
  • Comfortable training and coaching staff

Preferred Experience
  • Experience with medication administration systems
  • Familiarity with regulatory environments (ODP, residential care, or home care)
  • Experience with electronic documentation systems (Therap preferred)
