Overview:

We are seeking a Retoucher to join our Marketing team on a part-time basis, responsible for delivering high-quality, visually compelling imagery that aligns with our brand aesthetic while meeting the unique requirements of various accounts. This role supports a wide range of marketing initiatives, including e-commerce, social media, email, and print assets. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Retouch and enhance product and lifestyle images for multiple accounts across platforms, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and account-specific requirements.
  • Perform color correction, compositing, masking, and other image-editing techniques to optimize photography.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the Marketing, E-commerce & Digital, Sales, and Photography teams to ensure imagery aligns with campaign goals, brand storytelling, and retailer specifications.
  • Maintain an organized file management system for edited assets, ensuring accessibility and version control.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, inDesign and Lightroom, with strong skills in color correction, compositing, and non-destructive editing techniques.
  • Experience with Capture One and RAW file processing is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of lighting, texture, and color to enhance product presentation.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
