Job description

Puulse is hiring a part-time Marketing & Content Coordinator to work out of our Toronto office. You'll produce high volumes of creative across graphic design, video, and marketing assets while supporting recruiting, internal marketing, and the content that keeps our sales teams fired up. This role suits someone who works quickly, likes variety, and wants a portfolio built across dozens of live campaigns. You'll support marketing, recruiting, and internal communications across the company.

What You'll Do
  • Design recruiting ads and marketing assets, often a full batch at once
  • Edit video for recruiting content, top-performer features, and culture clips
  • Design leaderboards, recognition graphics, and incentive announcements that keep the sales floor energized
  • Grab photo and video from the office, events, and team outings, then edit it into content
  • Help build and update job listings, candidate forms, email templates, and interview kits
  • Support external recruiting content across Indeed, LinkedIn, and Instagram
  • Keep templates, content calendars, and Monday boards organized
  • Take on a broad mix of day-to-day tasks and quick-turnaround requests as priorities shift

Requirements

  • Strong graphic design skills and the ability to produce a high volume of work without losing quality
  • Video editing experience for social and recruiting content
