Job description

Receptionist - Part Time

We are looking to fill a position for a part-time receptionist. The hours for this position are Sunday 11am to 5pm, Monday 8am to 5pm and Tuesday 8am to 5pm. We need a responsible individual with a winning attitude. Must be efficient, work well with others and have good phone manners. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Receives visitors, obtains name and nature of business, and directs to the appropriate destination
  • Obtain and process information required to provide services 
  • Operate switchboard and telephone system by answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls 
  • Record and relay information
  • Data entry and emails
  • Maintains a professional appearance and neat work area
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
