What You’ll Do
As a Pest Hunters Technician, you’ll be the friendly face our clients trust. Your day will include:
  • Lead a team of technicians in delivering outstanding pest and mosquito control services
  • Train new team members and reinforce best practices in safety and service
  • Drive to client homes and businesses and perform detailed property inspections
  • Apply control treatments using backpack sprayers and other equipment
  • Communicate with customers and ensure they’re informed, satisfied, and loyal
  • Support scheduling, route planning, and inventory management
  • Represent the Pest Hunters/Humbug Holiday Lighting brand with professionalism, positivity, and pride
What We’re Looking For
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience (home services, retail, restaurant, or field team)
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Eye for detail and commitment to safety
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Willingness to obtain pest control licensing (training provided)
