Job Summary

DFX Environmental is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Pest Control and Disinfection Technician to join our team in San Antonio, TX. This position focuses on providing pest control and disinfection services during nights and weekends with a flexible schedule. No prior licenses are required, as comprehensive training will be provided. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Pest Control and Disinfection Services

  • Perform pest control treatments and disinfection services for residential and commercial properties, following company protocols and safety guidelines.
  • Identify and address pest issues using environmentally responsible methods and products.
  • Apply disinfection solutions to sanitize surfaces and ensure safe, clean environments for clients.
  • Operate and maintain pest control and disinfection equipment, ensuring proper functionality and safety.

Customer Service

  • Interact professionally with clients, addressing their questions and concerns during service visits.
  • Provide clear communication about treatment plans and follow-up recommendations.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through courteous and efficient service.

Compliance and Safety

  • Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) during service tasks.
  • Follow training guidelines and company standards to ensure compliance with Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) regulations.
  • Report any safety or equipment issues to supervisors promptly.

Scheduling and Reporting
