Experienced personal injury litigation paralegal needed for a 1 attorney law firm. Job duties are as follows: medical records request and follow through, draft discovery and pleadings, request basic automobile accident documents (SLED Report, Driver's Record, Insurance Verification), and other actions necessary to litigate personal injury cases.

I have been practicing law since 1995. I recently started my own firm. I am a 1 man law firm looking for a part time paralegal to assist in the litigation of personal injury cases. The website has not been constructed, but I was formerly with Aun and McKay; however, I decided to restrict my practice to personal injury and no longer practice real estate or domestic relations.
