You will likely coordinate closely with a team of full-time attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to maintain continuity and progress on cases. Strong negotiation, empathy, and communication skills help build client trust and effectively advocate in and out of court. These competencies are vital to securing favorable outcomes for clients while efficiently managing a part-time caseload.
