Location:Onalaska, WI

Schedule:Part-time | 0.6 FTE (48 hours/pay period)
Shift:8-hour day shift between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday (no weekends, holidays, or on-call)

Position Overview

As a Bariatric & Obesity Medicine RN, you'll guide patients through both surgical and non-surgical weight management journeys,serving as a key clinical resource and advocate.

You'll play a central role in patient education, care coordination, and ongoing support-helping individuals achieve sustainable, life-changing health outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Guide patients through bariatric and obesity medicine care pathways

  • Provide comprehensive education to patients and families

  • Conduct nurse-only visits and follow-up care

  • Manage phone triage and MyChart in-basket messaging

  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary care team across departments

  • Serve as a clinical resource and advocate for this patient population

What You'll Bring

Required:

  • Active, unencumbered Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license

  • Associate degree in nursing (or higher)

  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Providers

  • Obtain Certified Bariatric Nurse (CBN)when eligible

Preferred:

  • 1+ year of RN experience
