Pediatric Dental Hygienist

Job Description

Perform comprehensive dental hygiene services, including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, fluoride applications, and sealant placement.
Conduct oral health assessments, including charting, medical history reviews, and periodontal screenings.
Capture necessary diagnostic radiographs (e.g., periapical x-ray) with precision and care.
Provide engaging, age-appropriate oral hygiene education and nutritional counseling to children and their parents/guardians.
Maintain accurate, detailed, and confidential patient records.
Collaborate effectively with the entire dental team to ensure streamlined patient flow and exceptional continuity of care.
Strictly adhere to current health and safety protocols, including OSHA and infection control standards.

Salary Range

Part-time $50 - $58 per hour

Monday - Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Shift Structure: No Evenings and No Weekends (with the exception of one optional Saturday per month during the school year).

License: Valid and current Registered Dental Hygienist license issued by the MA Board of Registration of Dentistry.
Certifications: Current Radiology Certification.
