Job Summary:

This position is responsible for providing technical assistance to computer users. Answering questions or resolving computer problems for clients in person, or via telephone or electronically. May also provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems.

  • Networking: LAN, WAN, WIRELESS
  • Network Appliances: Firewalls, Routers, Switches and Wireless Access Points
  • Basic understanding of Windows server environment
