Job description

  • Modern Chevrolet Parts Warehouse has an immediate opening for an Automotive Part Time Parts Driver based in the Smithfield, NC area. Come join the team of talented parts professionals at Modern Chevrolet of Winston-Salem. Responsibilities for this position include:

    • Picks up and delivers parts and equipment to customers, satellite stores, wholesale accounts, and vendors.
    • Verifies that invoice matches purchase order for each pick-up.
    • Checks payments received with the invoices for each delivery.
    • Keeps an accurate log of daily deliveries and pick-ups. Requests recipient's signature on each delivery entry
    • Unloads truck each night, returning all paperwork and undelivered parts.

    Qualified candidates will, be highly organized and possess excellent communication and customer service skills. Applicants may be asked occasionally to lift up to 70 lbs. A High school diploma or GED is required.
