ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promptly answering the telephone in a warm and inviting manner;
- Operating a multi-line telephone system, transferring calls to appropriate sales representatives or departments;
- Responding to emails promptly;
- Welcoming on-site customers, determining the nature of business, and announcing visitors to appropriate personnel when necessary;
- Performing various clerical and administrative duties;
- Communicating with inquirers and visitors in a professional, friendly and effective manner;
- Acquiring basic knowledge about the dealership in order to be able to respond to inquiries for general information;
- Maintaining the reception area in a tidy and presentable manner;
- Assisting in the administration and coordination of dealer trades when necessary;
- Stocking in vehicles when necessary;
- Licensing new and used vehicles when necessary;
- Distributing mail and coordinating all courier pickup when necessary
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Professional phone manner;
- Good communication skills;
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills;
- Professional business appearance;
- Previous dealership experience is an asset
