Description:ย Fort Lee Public Schools is seeking Part-Time Paraprofessionals to serve as either classroom aides, 1:1 aides, 2:1 aides or 3:1 aides for the 2026-2027 school year.
Qualifications:


  • 48+ college credits or degree preferred.
  • Experience working with children ages 3 to 21ย years old.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff members, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to manage students' behavior.
  • Must be able to work collaboratively with classroom teacher and education services staff.
  • Must be willing to fulfill physical needs of students.
  • Must be reliable and of good moral character.
  • Must meet criminalย background check for both federal and state as per the Department of Education under NJSAย 18A:6-7.2.

Working Conditions:ย Position is part - time (5 days a week,ย 5.75 hours per dayย - total of 28.75 hours per week)
Salary Range: Based on FLEA salary guide which ranges between $26,007 to $29,757, commensurate with experience and degree.
