Paralegal

The Paralegal is an important resource in the legal department who will assist attorney(s) with an array of legal and administrative matters and support the legal department and company as a whole. Essential functions include:

  • Working knowledge and experience in a broad range of substantive areas with an emphasis on intellectual property, marketing and claim reviews, contracts and related litigation management. Some international experience is desired but not required.
  • Help to oversee a broad portfolio of patents and trademarks in conjunction with internal and external counsel.
