So what does an Executive Crew Trainer get to do?
As an Executive Crew Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our restaurant by training and developing our crew members on standard procedures and processes. Your primary focus will be on maintaining high-quality service standards, maximizing productivity, and fostering a culture of excellence within the team.
Essential duties for an Executive Crew Trainer may include:
  • Coaching new team members on policies and procedures
  • Assisting with creating training plans for new Crew Members
  • Maintaining a clean and inviting restaurant
  • Welcoming our Guests in and thanking them for Choosing McDonald's
  • Preparing and serving our World Class food
  • Accepting payment from Guests and making correct change
  • Explaining our menu and answering questions for all Guests
  • Bending, kneeling, standing, and lifting (up to 25 lbs, as needed)

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the quick-service restaurant industry, particularly in a McDonald's franchise, is required
