Overview
Registered Nurse - PACU | Portland, Oregon, United States. Begin 06/08/2026 for a 13-week travel assignment in a short-term acute care setting. Weekly pay range: $1,909-$2,055 per week. Shift: four 9-hour day shifts. This PACU role focuses on post-anesthesia recovery care in a busy acute care environment, requiring strong assessment, collaboration, and patient safety skills.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct post-anesthesia nursing care in the PACU, including continuous patient assessment and monitoring of airway, breathing, circulation, and recovery status.
- Manage pain control, nausea, and hemodynamic stability; administer medications and document responses per physician orders.
- Reconcile and communicate patient status with the anesthesia team, surgeons, and other PACU staff; assist with transitions to appropriate next care areas or discharge from PACU.

Requirements
- Current RN license in Oregon (in good standing)
