Description & Requirements

St. Luke's Nampa Medical Center is in the West Treasure Valley. We're dedicated to partnering with local nonprofits to improve the health of people in this rapidly growing and diverse region, from the more populated cities to the smaller, more remote rural communities.
What you can expect from this role
  • 10 Bed Unit that delivers life saving care for diagnosis including Septic Shock, Cardiac Arrest, Respiratory Failure, Multi-Organ Failure, DKA, and AMS
  • Team-based nursing model (1:2 ratio)
  • Self-scheduling unit in 6 week blocks
  • Specialty Classes including: CRRT, ACLS, EKG, ECCO, Rapid Response Training
  • Continuing education scholarships - including conferences, certification, licensure
  • Part-time (0.45 FTE) night shift; 3 shifts per pay period (2 weeks)
  • Certification pay available
  • Additional PTO for night shift offered

Qualifications
  • Education: Associate degree required, Bachelor of Nursing Degree preferred
  • Experience: 1+ year RN Experience; highly preferred in ICU
  • Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
