Position Summary

We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Transition Services team. This role focuses on warehousing, delivery, and light moving, supporting estate clean-outs, relocations, and inventory transfers. Youโ€™ll be helping clients through life transitions by moving household goods with care and maintaining an organized, clean workspace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warehouse Operations:

    • Receive, organize, and store incoming items at our warehouse facility

    • Maintain clean, orderly storage areas for auction items and estate inventory

    • Load/unload cargo van as part of daily operations

  • Delivery & Moving:

    • Assist with small residential moves, including loading/unloading household goods

    • Deliver furniture and boxed items to clients, donation centers, or storage units

    • Safely wrap, pad, and protect items during handling and transport

  • Client Service & On-Site Support:

    • Work respectfully in client homes, often during emotional transitions

    • Follow move plans and packing checklists to ensure efficient project completion

    • Support other team members with lifting, sorting, and carrying items

  • Equipment & Safety:

    • Operate dollies, hand trucks, tools, and other moving equipment safely

    • Follow all safety guidelines to prevent injury or property damage

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Experience in warehousing, delivery driving, moving, or logistics

  • Familiarity with handling furniture, appliances, and fragile items

  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and be physically active throughout the workday

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and attitude

  • Experience working on a small team and making sound decisions to accomplish results
