Job description

As a Healthcare Server, you will provide food and tray delivery to the assisted living and/or skilled care center residents. This will include setting up and cleaning the dining room, maintaining or exceeding hospitality and service standards and assuring timely meal delivery and plate preparation.
Pay: $16 - $19 per hour based on experience
Schedule: Rotating Days from 06:00am-02:00pm/ potential 10:00am-07:00pm , weekend availability required

A day in the life might include:
  • Providing dining service to Residents, guests, and family members.
  • Maintaining or exceeding standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards.
  • Maintaining all side stations and dining areas using the "clean as you go" policy.
  • Following all policies and procedures relating to food service to meet or exceed community standards.

To be successful in the role, you would have:
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Prior food service, fast food or restaurant experience
  • Prior experience working with seniors (preferred)
  • Food Handler's or ServSafe certification (preferred)
  • Availability that might include evenings, weekends, & holidays
