Unlike hospital nurses, outpatient RNs typically work regular business hours with minimal weekend or holiday shifts. This role is ideal for nurses seeking flexibility while still delivering high-quality patient care.

You'll collaborate closely with physicians and a multidisciplinary team, focusing on efficient patient flow and continuity of care. The environment is generally fast-paced but allows for meaningful patient interaction without the extended hours often associated with inpatient nursing.
